Do you have a physical location?
To offer our customers the best prices possible BM Designs is currently online and phone order only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer free local pickup in both Peterborough and Cobourg Ontario.
Are products made in house?
Everything we offer is customized or printed in house by our team at BM Designs. All of our materials are sourced from Canadian companies and made with love.
What methods do you use for customizing products?
We use a range of different techniques to create our custom products ranging from; DTF Graphics, Heat Transfer Vinyl, sublimation, and even embroidery if needed.(contact us for info)
What is your estimated turnaround time for orders?
Our turnaround time ranges based on the order size and product that was ordered. You can expect to have your order shipped out in 3-10 business days.
My tracking says “it doesn’t exist” or “the link is broken”?
Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking for it to become active. Don’t hesitate to contact Canada Post or reach out to us if it doesn’t after this time period.
Can I cancel my order?
We don’t have the ability to cancel orders after they are placed. If you have a problem such as you ordered the wrong size or colour please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
How do I place a custom order?
Head over to our shop and choose the product you want customized. Choose the customization options that fit your needs then upload your design.(Please upload a high quality PNG, SVG or JPG) Click add to cart and and follow the
What are your shipping rates?
We offer $20 flat rate shipping. For smaller sticker & decal orders contact us for a discounted shipping rate.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes we offer local pickup in both Peterborough and Cobourg Ontario.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Shipping is only available within Canada. If you are outside of Canada and would like to place an order, contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are currently shipped from Peterborough and Cobourg Ontario.
What shipping provider do you use?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel with tracking included.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking by email number once we have finished processing your order. Remember to check your spam/junk box.
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept credit card(Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit, apple pay and google pay.
How does your return process work?
We do not currently offer returns due to our products being custom made for you. If you have an issue contact us and we would be happy to help correct your issue!
